Shipping & returns

Orders are shipped to Invermere Veterinary Hospital.  You will receive an email to notify you when your order is ready for pick up.

Please note, for returns on web orders made within 30 days of invoice purchase date, will be charged a 25% Restocking Fee at time of refund. Anything after 30 days will not be refunded. To request a return please email IVHinventory@shaw.ca or phone 250-342-7007
